Trukhachev Vladimir Ivanovich – Academician of RAS, doctor of agricultural Sciences, Professor, doctor of economic Sciences, Professor, Honored scientist of the Russian Federation.
Trukhachev V. I. was born on 16 July 1955 in Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region. In 1977 he graduated from the Stavropol Order of the red banner agricultural Institute on a speciality «veterinary medicine». In 1991 he successfully defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of agricultural Sciences on the theme: «The influence of the different structure of diets on the productivity of fine-wool ewes and use of nutrients» specialty 06.02.02 – Feeding of agricultural animals and technology of forages, in 1998 his doctoral thesis for the degree of doctor of agricultural Sciences on the theme «Productive and biological peculiarities of fine sheep when using by-products of crop production and dairy industry» specialty 06.02.02 – Feeding of agricultural animals and technology of forages, in 2002 was awarded the academic title of Professor of the chair of feeding farm animals.
In 2007, Trukhachev V. I. successfully defended his doctoral thesis for the degree of doctor of economic Sciences on the theme: «The Impact of inertia of the transformational trends-the economic downturn in the agricultural sector of the region on the quality and the dynamics of post-crisis development» in the specialty 08.00.05 – Economics and national economy management, in 2011 he was awarded the academic title of Professor in the Department of business Economics and business technologies in agriculture. In 2007 he was elected a corresponding member of the RAAS, in the year 2014 awarded the title of corresponding member of Russian Academy of Sciences, in 2016, was awarded the title of academician. In 2015, the actual elected a foreign member of the Slovak Academy of agricultural Sciences.
Since 1999, Trukhachev V. I. is the rector of Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher professional education «Stavropol state agrarian University».
Trukhachev V. I. is one of the leading Russian scientists in the field of animal science and veterinary medicine, in particular animal feeding.
Priority areas of research Trukhachev V. I. are: productive and physiological effect on the body of sheep biologically active compounds from byproducts of milk processing; creation, improvement and use in feeding of farm animals dietary supplements; improve the quality of silage and hay lage through the use of organic preservatives. The introduction of scientific developments into production allows to accelerate the solution of actual economic problems of increasing production and quality of animal products no extra feed cost.
V. I. Trukhachev consolidate scientific forces to solve the problems identified. He is the head of the scientific school «Feeding farm animals» which brings together prominent scientists, doctoral students, graduate students and applicants to address the pressing issues of feeding, improvement of breeding and productive qualities of farm animals.
Trukhachev V. I. – Russian scientist in the field of economy and management of agroindustrial complex, the organization for economic science. Vladimir Ivanovich is the head of scientific school «Economic-organizing mechanism of management of agrarian production and multifunctional development of rural areas». The main directions of his research are connected with the reform of the agrarian sector of the economy, the study of the causes, forms, manifestations, consequences and ways of overcoming of the agrarian crisis, innovative activity and introduction of innovations in agriculture, development of rural local self-government, as the socio-labor sphere of the village and directions for its improvement.
The results of years of research V.I. Trukhachev 857 published in scientific works, including 45 monographs and 97 patents and/or patents, including after the election of a corresponding member of the RAS since 2007 370 scientific works, including 19 monographs and 75 patents and/or patents, 39 articles in journals indexed in the international database Scopus, 4 articles in journals indexed in the international database Web of Science, 8 articles in AGRIS data base.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF MANUSCRIPTS
In accordance with the applicable international and Russian legislation on protection of copyright (intellectual property rights), scientific works (articles) are protected by law. A scientific paper is the result of intellectual activity and subject to copyright. For publication in the journal «Agricultural Bulletin of Stavropol Region» you must fulfill the following conditions:
- To send designed in accordance with the requirements of the journal article via e-mail [email protected].
- In the case of using the borrowed material (illustrations, quotations, tables, etc.) the author must obtain permission for their use from the copyright holder. Written confirmation of permission should be attached to the manuscript.
- Links to sources of information is obligatory in all cases.
- Before sending the manuscript the author should read the conditions of publication of articles in the journal, including the guidelines for authors a statement on publication ethics. In the case of non-compliance with the provisions of these documents, we ask of every manuscript not be sent.
- The Embassy accepts only original manuscripts not previously published in other publications. Each article should be submitted to the editor on a paper medium signed by all authors. Otherwise, the publisher reserves the right to withdraw the article from publication (distribution) and demand from the author of the damages incurred by the publisher in this regard.
- Publication and distribution of articles in journals is carried out only on the basis of the contract on the publication of articles in the journal «Agricultural Bulletin of Stavropol Region». The contract will be sent to the Author after the article will be pre-screened. After signing the contract, he should be sent in hard copy (required) the address of the publisher. DECLARATION OF PUBLICATION ETHICS
Publishes the journal «Agricultural Bulletin of Stavropol Region» publishing house of Stavropol state agrarian University. The journal is published in Russian and English languages in four issues per year. Reception of materials for publication is carried out in the following terms:

No. 2 – April 10 – may 30
No. 3 – July 10 – August 30
No. 4 – October 10 – November 30

- Crop growing
- Economy
The main objective of the journal is to inform a wide scientific community and experts involved in the industry, about the latest scientific achievements and development of modern technical solutions and the results of the practical application of these innovations.
The editors do not allow publishing materials, the content of which contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The editorial takes a neutral position on all problematic issues raised by the authors of the articles. At the same time, the editorial Board encourages the exchange of experience and scientific debate in the pages of the magazine.
The fundamental principles guiding the revision are trustworthiness, academic significance and relevance of the published works. The receipt by authors of the studies with negative results do not preclude publication in the journal.
The editorial guarantees the consideration of all of the publications of materials, compliance with editorial independence and integrity in making objective decisions. The decision of the editorial Board of the journal on publication of the article is not influenced by race, gender, age, nationality, citizenship, social status, sexual orientation, religious and political beliefs of the author (authors), as well as commercial interests.
The ethical rules of the journal must be followed by all participants in the process of publishing the results of scientific studies: authors, reviewers, members of editorial Board, editorial staff, and persons and organizations interested in information provided by the journal.
The editorial office is responsible for the quality of published scientific articles and supports initiatives aimed at reducing the number of incorrect actions on the part of authors and reviewers and violations of ethics.
The editorial has the right to editorial changes to the manuscript materials. The editors have the right to partially or fully provide the materials of scientific articles in Russian and foreign organizations providing indexing of scientific publications, and to place these materials on an Internet website of the journal.

The journal follows a policy of «Open Access Journals», access to published journal articles — free-for-all.
The journal is published by means of members and stakeholders. the Publication is financed by the universities, scientific and other organizations, including at the expense of grants.
All articles submitted to the journal go through initial screening for compliance with format, genre, and region of current interest for the journal. Article, adopted on the results of the initial screening for consideration, go through an anonymous review process (for free), in accordance with the requirements to publications in peer-reviewed journals of VAK. DIRECT ELECTRONIC TRADE IN THE FIELD OF AGRARIAN PRODUCTS IN B2C FORMAT
There are two main trends on the food market: customers are interested in buying fresh products directly from farmers, while producers are eager to increase their production, but traditional ways of distribution (supermarkets, kolkhoz markets etc) do not meet their requirements. In this situation direct electronic trade may be the best choice. We demonstrate that there are two options: either the producer himself organizes an electronic shop and delivery service or he cooperates with a specialized company that supports direct interaction between producer and customers thanks to its electronic shop and logistics facilities. The first model is
well suited to farmers who produce a relatively broad range of products and sell them at high prices (so the sale revenues are big enough to finance distribution). A good example is a certified producer of organic food.
The second model isadapted to needs of farms with a relatively narrow range of products and medium prices (producers of so called farmer’s food), because their income is not sufficient to finance their own electronic shops and delivery service. Both models have already been introduced in Russia and proved to be successful. There is the third option, that has not been implemented yet – cooperation between independent farmers in order to set up an independent electronic shop and a delivery service. This option is very attractive as it could help farmers to establish direct electronic interaction with customers without servicing companies.
