Журнал зарегистрирован в Германии, с присвоением DOI (Международный стандартный номер интернет изданий) и ISSN (Международный стандартный серийный номер, выдан Nationales ISSN-Zentrum für Deutschland - Национальный центр ISSN Германии), как издание, производящее публикацию основных результатов научных исследований в разных областях науки. Учредителем журнала является Auris Verlag (Дюссельдорф, Германия). Журнал не является изданием какой-либо партии, общественной организации или иного учреждения. Периодичность выхода – 1 раз в 2 месяца.
Политика издательства направлена на расширение международных контактов в сфере научного сотрудничества. Журнал предназначен для студентов, магистрантов, аспирантов, докторантов, соискателей, молодых специалистов, преподавателей, научных работников. Издание посвящено вопросам развития науки в Европе, а также вопросам взаимодействия европейской и мировой науки. Журнал служит каналом обмена научной информации и предоставляет шанс российским ученым представить результаты своего труда европейской научной среде.
С 2013 года издательство начинает работу с русскоговорящей аудиторией, в связи с чем в журнале публикуются материалы на немецком, английском и русском языках. Журнал принимает к публикации результаты исследований в области гуманитарных, общественных, технических и естественных наук с формированием соответствующих томов для каждого выпуска. Специфика каждого тома соответствует выделенным рубрикам.
Журнал издается в печатной, электронной и интернет версиях.
- Интернет версия публикуется в формате e-book в свободном доступе в день выпуска очередного номера;
- Электронная версия публикуется в формате .pdf и рассылается в течение 10 дней после окончательной даты приема материалов для очередного номера журнала;
- Печатная версия рассылается в течение 30 дней. Обязательные экземпляры журнала отправляются в книгохранилища и каталоги Национальной библиотеки Германии (Deutsche Nationalbibliothek).
Выходные данные статьи формируются в соответствии с международным стандартом (пример выходных данных статьи – Ivanov, N.P. The Results of Economic Research. // Eastern European Scientific Journal (Gesellschaftswissenschaften): Düsseldorf (Germany): Auris Verlag, 2013, 1 (2) - pp. 50-60.)
Издание является некоммерческим, что закреплено в выходных данных журнала. Поскольку издание не имеет спонсоров, в основу функционирования заложен принцип самоокупаемости. Средства, уплаченные авторами статей, направляются исключительно на компенсацию редакционных, корректорских, издательских и почтовых затрат.
Все авторские права на журнал принадлежат издательству Auris Verlag.
