    The article presents an approach to the formation of criterion of automatic control of sucker rod pump based on economic parameters of oil extracting. Use of predictive control for the decision of a problem of search of an extremum of the generated criterion is shown. Results of simulation of the generated algorithm are given, conclusions on efficiency of the resulted approach are made.

    Volga-Ural oil and gas province is characterized by late-stage development of mineral resources, but to date has a significant reserve of planned and prospective oil resources. From the number of the license areas of Tatarstan, Udmurtia and the Samara region shows that as a result of detailed seismic survey and drilling exploratory wells in recent years has successfully opened oil fields controlled by intraformational system Kama-Kinel troughs. These deposits are generally characterized by a buried mode of occurrence in the traps of different genetic types. The use of attribute analysis to interpret the boundaries of karst erosion Visean-cuttings for the optimum placement of exploratory wells productive Bobrikovian shown in a section of the Samara region. Raw materials, the results of exploration work in recent years in the central part of the Volga-Ural province, geological conditions indicate the need for detailed geological research area in order to identify new deposits and growth of hydrocarbon reserves.

    The authors analyze the Kashirskian carbonate sediments in the Kuakbashskaya area in terms of their oil potential. The paper discusses the reservoir properties of the Kashirskian carbonate sediments, results of well-logging reinterpretation, correlation between well logging and field surveys data. Challenges related to defining of reservoir-beds and their saturation with formation fluids are highlighted. The complexity of the Kashirskian cross-section implies its further detailed study to discover hydrocarbon accumulations.

    Today vertical steel tanks remain one of the most dangerous industrial objects. The subject of research in this article has been accidents of tanks and the objective is identifying the dominant causes of the destruction of tanks on the basis of statistical data. Differential settlement of tanks presents special interest to the authors, because it is one of the main causes of the destruction of tanks. This is compounded by the fact that today insufficient attention is given to systematic geodetic inspection of tanks. The authors prove the relevance and the need to develop technique of monitoring of the spatial position of the tank.

    In the article the process of spontaneous flap elements tool for expanding the borehole and milling casing is considered on the example of the sliding router. The influence of such factors as the moment of inertia arising is evaluated during milling. Based on analysis of the milling process of the casing and a comparison with milling on the milling machine we identified factors that have the greatest impact on the tool wedges. The formula describing the dependence of the moment of inertia of the length of milled chips allows us to observe the time dependence of the probability and the length of the flap milled chips, from which we can get the minimum permissible value of the chip, where the flap is possible. Based on the collected statistics in real time we can monitore the moment of inertia.

    The processes that occur during the well drilling and completion have significant and often irreversible effects on the properties of near-wellbore zone. Sensitivity study of the characteristics of mud invasion, well cleanup and production processes is carried out to the properties of reservoir, external and internal mud cake and perforation length. Sensitivity of dynamics of external mud cake buildup to the rate of mud circulation in wellbore is also analyzed. The characteristics of mud invasion significantly depend on the reservoir mobility, solids concentration and circulation.

The result of the analysis is a matrix of chemical EOR methods applicability for various geological formations. In the future it is planned to use this matrix to select the appropriate chemical EOR methods for various reservoirs within Company''s production assets.

    We have developed new SKL hardware systems for wireline and memory logging in vertical, deviated or horizontal oil-and-gas wells drilled with fresh and biopolymer muds. Employing the SKL systems is accompanied by the development of algorithms and software for numerical interpretation of the electrical and electromagnetic soundings data. The interpretation is based on the integration of the electromagnetic field characteristics measured with the SKL systems. The high detail of investigation and the state-of-art software allow to reliably reconstruct spatial distribution of electrical resistivity in complex terrigenous formations.

  • БУРЕНИЕ БОКОВОГО СТВОЛА ИЗ СКВАЖИНЫ МАЛОГО ДИАМЕТРА

    There are remaining recoverable reserves in the oil fields of the Perm region, which are unprofitable to develop by the traditional construction of wells (production string diameter - 168 mm) due to the high cost of building. To involve such reserves in the development it was suggested to use the construction of small diameter wells (SDW) with a changing of the traditional design in the direction of reducing the diameter of the production string. According to the results of drilling the cost is reduced up to 25 %. Despite the many advantages, the SDW design has the essential drawback - there is no reliable technology of the sidetrack drilling. That''s why some changes in the SWD structure, which allow to drill of a sidetrack with a kickoff in a technical column and, as a consequence, to save additionally of 24 % of the cost of the new SDW was suggested. Also the economic calculation was made.

    Carbonate deposits throughout lithogenesis undergo various transformations, which include compaction, cementation, dolomitization, recrystallization, sulfation, leaching, etc., by which the structure of reservoir space undergoes various changes. These variations must be considered when designing the field, particularly in the choice of methods of stimulation and increased recovery rates of oil and gas. The purpose of this paper is to clarify and assess the impact of secondary dolomitization on their properties of oil, gas and condensate reservoirs (Riphean and Vendian collectors in Eastern Siberia), and to identify patterns of change in reservoir properties, depending on the content of CaCO3 and MgCO3 using modern analytical methods: X-ray imaging and thermogravimetric analysis. Studies have confirmed that the process of secondary dolomitization accompanied by an increase of porosity and density dolomite rocks for oil and gas/con- densate field. However, if the gas field process of replacing calcium magnesium creates favorable conditions for the filtration of hydrocarbons in oil rocks no change is observed. Accordingly if the metasomatism and porosity increases, the effect on permeability is ambiguous, that must be considered when choosing a method of improving oil and gas recovery.

    The article views the features of enhanced oil recovery to explore what blocking effect the injected water has on formation oil movement in the White Tiger HT fractured basement. The injected water moves faster where the fracture network is better developed, and when the injection rates are higher. At this, some oil - that can be extracted using existing production methods - remains blocked with water in the blocks adjacent to the injection wells temperature-affected areas. Technogenic and geothermal component of the temperature field in the displacement areas has 45-35 °C deltas, according to the well test. When the temperature goes below 115-110 °C, the significant change of reservoir fluids viscosity is observed. The testing established relationship of the oil and water mobility ratios versus degree of the White Tiger basement fractures opening, by dynamic viscosity values.

    The aim of this study was to research the effect of Cr-CrC ion-plasma protective coating on the intensity of steel X20Cr13 solid particle erosion. Studies of the failure dynamics and characteristics of the obtained coating (thickness, microhardness, composition, structure, etc.) were carried out with use of research equipment complex and the determination of the relative solid particle erosion resistance was carried out with use of specialized experimental rig. The studies revealed that at attack angle 30° and at sample surface temperature 550 °C Cr-CrC coating not less than 4 times increases steel X20Cr13 solid particle erosion resistance duration for the duration of the incubation period. The results of carried out tests can be used for further research of the solid particle erosion processes of various protective coatings which apply to protect elements of power equipment, oil and gas pipelines.

    This paper presents the results of the sedimentology and lithology heterogeneity investigation in the complicated Lower Miocene clastic reservoirs and its relationship with the fundamental rock petrophysical properties (porosity, permeability) in the Central Dragon field (Cuu Long basin, Vietnam Offshore). Based on the seismic survey data, core lithological and petrophysical analysis data and the wireline logs the comprehensive complex analysis of the section facial characteristics had been done. The reservoir lithological heterogeneity analysis and the lithological (facies) contribution to the petrophysical properties (porosity, permeability) distribution had been evaluated with the special (advanced) petrophysical attribute - FZI (Flow Zone Indicator). Following the investigation, the highlighted depositional environments with improved reservoir properties had been determined. The research data can be used to refine the actual geological model and for the further geological prospecting objectives.

Some basic experimental and theoretical results of these studies are presented. Significant degree of influence of mechanochemical effects on elastic and strength properties of reservoir are showed.

    Research of carbon steels of JV Vietsovpetro gas transport and preparation equipment corrosion in conditions of growth of H 2S and CO 2 content is executed. Gas-phase internal corrosion rate and corrosion damage are insignificant: 0,002-0,05 mmpy and up to 2,57 % of walls thickness (17-19 mm), accordingly due to formation of protective waterproof film with thickness 36 - 320 mcm on internal surfaces of the equipment. Corrosion of water condensate at absence of oxygen has made 0,0025mmpy. Structural and component (EDX) researches, electronic microscopy have shown absence of the latent kinds of corrosion, preservation of phase structure and strength parameters of steel under standard ASTM А106, API 5L at concentration H 2S up to 140ррм, pressure up to 12 MPa during operation time 17 years. It is established, that real border of a dangerous zone for H 2S is above stipulated by standard NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156. Therefore the basis for corrosion inhibitor's application or h3S absorber should be investigated for revealing real border of danger to real gas composition and technological parameters of its preparation Results of work had allowed to refuse application of gasphase corrosion inhibitor with real economic profit.

    Solid particle erosion of construction materials under the influence of hard abrasive particles is relevant to many elements of power equipment, gas and oil pipelines. Despite the large amount of experimental and theoretical studies, there is no sufficiently complete understanding of the dynamics of this process because of its statistical nature. The aim of this study was to research the influence of the gas-abrasive flow different attack angles on the erosive wear of flat X20Cr13 steel target. The studies found that with decreasing of gas-abrasive flow attack angle the depth of «the abrasive track» reduces, the length increases, and generally was marked increase in the area of the damaged area. Maximum of wear of flat X20Cr13 steel target observes at the gas - abrasive flow attack angle a close to 30 degrees. The results of these tests can be used for further researches of the solid particle erosion processes of steels used for the manufacture of power equipment, gas and oil pipelines.

The procedure of the integral estimation of working conditions is developed, allowing not only to determine the class of working conditions, but also to obtain its more detailed quantity indicator for each dispatcher board being investigated. Psychophysiology studies with use of an instrument for system psychological diagnostics and correction are carried out.

The rotary sealing device (revolving preventor) is also developed on the basis of multilayer elastic shells to the pressure 21 MPa.

    The article presents data on the microspheres in Phanerozoic sediments of the Caspian Basin. It found almost perfect spherical formations diameter 170-950 microns. Studies were performed using microspheres of scanning electron microscopy with a microprobe analysis by X-ray. In mineralogical respect to the scope composed mainly of magnetite. Trace elements (Si, Al, Mn) in the microspheres increased from Paleozoic to Cenozoic deposits that can be used in the future as a geochemical criterion for stratigraphic correlation sections. In Cenozoic microspheres missing potassium and chromium, as noted in Paleozoic microspheres high chlorine content, which may be due to the presence of hibbingita. Textured surface of the microspheres (takyrs, plates, ribs, triangular depression, etc.), the presence of nickel and titanium impurities absence indicate their cosmic origin. Microspheres can be used as benchmarks in the search mikrostratigraficheskih hydrocarbons in sediments of different facies.

    It is established that the wave strikes, acting on pile foundations, interact with the surface design of offshore structures and offshore ground bases. Here bored or CFA piles with a rigid core are the connecting link between the subsoil and top design of offshore structures. Sea wave banging pile foundations creates vibrations in the pile - foundation - topsides offshore structures and moving piles in subgrade. Displacement piles depend on the strength of the reaction between the structure and subgrade, the intensity of the shock wave in the time that passed through piles for offshore soil. At the same time takes into account the rheological properties of composite models of shelf soil. Formulated and solved the differential equations of time travel collaborative structures with a soil base.

    The Republic of Komi is one of the oldest oil producing regions, most of the fields have already entered the stage of declining production, so the development of measures aimed at increasing the production of crude oil remains relevant at the present stage. The results of monitoring of geological exploration in the region in recent years are presented. There is increasing role of private oil companies in consolidation the resource base of the industry. Concluded that to maintain the achieved level of oil production in the Republic of Komi is necessary to conduct exploration not only by companies, but also due to state investment.

    Secondary silicified reservoirs were studied from east flank of Melekesskaya depression and west side of South-Tatarian arch in Bashkirian carbonates succession. Silicified reservoirs in carbonates are located in dome part of oil-saturated structures, above zones of alluvial erosion rocks in Visean successions. Process of cementation by silica affect only lower parts of oil-saturated intervals and decrease from bottom to top along of oil reservoir. The model of forming silicified reservoirs was suggested. Fluid flows migrated via Visean alluvial erosion sucsessions and were enriched silica components. Next step is precipitation of silica cement on acid geochemical barriers in oil-water contacts.

    The problem of maintaining oil production levels shouldn''t only be related to oil production intensification or increasing the reserves by geological exploration and new fields commissioning, but also due to the large-scale application of enhanced oil recovery. One of the well-known and relatively cheap to implement hydrodynamic methods of enhanced oil recovery technology is cyclic waterflooding. The technology consists of creating in a formation unsteady pressure differentials between layers and regions of different permeability via systemic change in well operating mode. The mechanism of enhanced oil recovery consists of water injection into stagnant oil-saturated low-permeability layers during increased water injection and displacing oil along with a part of the penetrated water into active drainage zones during reduced injection. Further development of cyclic waterflooding method involves the use of threedimensional hydrodynamic modeling for zones and regions selection and development of well operating strategy Based on multivariate three-dimensional hydrodynamic modeling of cyclic waterflooding for different oil field conditions a normalized criteria for the technology applicability is obtained. Map constructing algorithm to locate favorable areas and wells for the implementation of the technology is proposed.

    Experimental data on oil displacement by water, a solution of oxyethylated alkylphenol OP-10 and micellar systems on the basis of polyethyl- enepolyamine salts of oleic acid are given. It is shown that in comparable conditions the oil displacement efficiency of micellar systems is 1.3-3.6 times higher than the efficiency of OP-10 solution. Micellar systems, modified by sodium carbonate, can be recommended as formulations for waterflooding with use of ASP

    According to the results of basin analysis and modeling the Paleozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic hydrocarbon generation-accumulative system on the peninsula of Crimea and adjacent waters of the Azov and Black Seas determined the probability of petroleum charge that can provide filling traps in the study area. Potential source rocks sequences projected in the sediments of the transient formation (Paleozoic) and a cover slab (Cretaceous). The studies allowed to identify patterns of distribution of hydrocarbon accumulations and perform forecast oil and gas prospects in the Crimea and adjacent waters of the Azov and Black Seas.

    On the example of the sedimentary section of the contact of the Paleozoic and Jurassic zone of Urmano-Archinskaya area the importance of lithogenetic step process identification is discussed for the forecast of high potential zone and of oil and gas prospects in general. Pre-Jurassicsedimentary interval of Archinskoye and Urmanskoe fields contains the supergene altered Paleozoic limestones altered by weathering and overlying redeposited laterites. The rocks have a complex composition; they are ambiguous in the genetic interpretation and prediction of reservoir properties. However, a wide range of oil and gas exploration and production problems - from hydrocarbon sources to forecast the quality of reservoirs, their irregularities and localization of traps is associated with this interval of the sedimentary section. On the basis of geological, geophysical data and detailed lithological characteristics the problems concerned to the lithogenesis of contact Paleozoic - Mesozoic zone as the basis of the forecast distribution and variability properties of the productive horizon are discussed.

    Article describes problems of tight reservoir surveillance developing. Until recently the only developing power of surveillance was enhancing a set of well testing and interpretation methods. Dramatical changes were brought by brand new unordinary technologies of downhole measurements, mostly based on permanent monitoring systems. Article shows main features of long-term production and pressure monitoring, along with technologic solutions developed by the authors. They include individual evaluation of commingled tight formations parameters, inflow profiling in horizontal wells (incl. multi-fractured) using dynamic temperature data, macro fissures parameters estimation in tight plays etc. Effectiveness of suggested approaches in reservoir surveillance is being analyzed.

    The paper presents results of research on the optimization of water flooding method by successive periodic increase in hydrodynamic pressure to extract capillary clamped oil. Method provides a consistent accounting, as the displacement conditions and filtration characteristics of fluid-saturated reservoirs. Estimating calculations allow to determine the duration and phasing control of injection pressure as the conditions for achieving the expected in oil recovery increasing.

    The experience of creation of geological geomechanical model of Yurubcheno-Tokhomskoye oil field is presented in this work. The dependencies of the criteria of the stress - strain state of a productive facility with filtration characteristics fractured reservoir are found. Based on these dependencies and 3D seismic parameters, permeability was obtained. Hydrodynamic modeling is carried out considering stress state dependence of permeability.

    Not infrequently, operators have to address several wellbore problems at a time: loss of circulation, sanding, paraffin accumulation. The paper presents a downhole assembly that can be used for a two-stage desanding, wellbore washing, well testing. The assembly comprises a packer, two gas-sand anchors, a perforated sub, and a float valve. The assembly was successfully tested in field, yelding seven-fold increase of time between workover.

    The paper describes the problem of increasing the efficiency of the oilfield management by combining real-time information control systems for different purposes into a single network. To do this, the authors have developed a novel technology in order to organize such systems on the basis of the techniques of self-organization and adaptive interaction characterized by centralization of control functions and data processing, and provides the transition to dynamically changing network architecture. As the basis of the technology authors have proposed to apply a multiagent approach. Such an approach allows to produce systems, based on a wide variety of geographically distributed computational nodes of different performance, having direct communication with each other.

    An attempt is made to justify the need for and feasibility of adjusting the current methodology of determining harm to aquatic biological resources from the position of some oil company which plans and leads its business activities on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation. Some suggestions were made for improvement and perfection of the mechanism determining the compensatory measures for compensation. Proposals for the regulations were formulated regulating the procedure for implementation of measures to compensate the damage to aquatic bioresources. The number of deficiencies in the approved Order of the Federal Agency for Fishery № 1166 «Method of determination of the harm caused by water biological resources» was identified. Some proposals were made for its adjustment in order to achieve greater transparency and predictability of the results of calculations.

    The aim is to study the influence of the size and location of surface crack in the wall of the tank for prediction the residual life. The nominal stresses were calculated by the finite element method. Exploitation loads were used for this calculation. Areas of maximum stresses were defined, where crack initiation was more probable. Stress intensity factors for cracks with various geometry forms and locations were defined. Dependence of crack growth were determined for ratio 0,25 to 1 of depth to half-length and the depth of crack to the wall thickness from 0,4 to 0,8. Analytical dependences of K-calibration functions were determined for calculation residual life of tank. The resulting data will be used in the prediction of residual life under the condition low-cycle fatigue.

    The author of the article disputes with Prof. Yu.E. Baturin about his article on criterion of rationality of oilfields development. It is shown the incorrectness of identification of two independent development criteria: the criterion of optimality (effectiveness) and rationality In the time of the USSR both criteria were used. Currently, the criterion of rationality is not applied, despite its obvious importance. The absence of a criterion of rationality causes substantial damage to the domestic oil and gas subsurface management.

    The new scientific results concerning the theory and methods of oil-gas field development are analyzed. The importance of these results in the real projects of field development is shown. The relative phase permeability tensor character is settled by theory and is confirmed by experiments. For two-phase flows the new anisotropy effects of the "rotation" of phase permeability tensor main axis is found out in saturation dependence. The possibility of the formation of "stagnant" zones, where even one of the phases is immobile, was shown by calculation experiment.

    This paper discusses the reasons for discrepancy between production rates of horizontal wells calculated by analytic formulas and actual well rates from the Romashkino field. It has been found that analytical formulas derived on the basis of total pore volume concept based on absolute gas permeabilities do not consider formation volume and skin factors. Randomly assumed dimensions of a specific drainage volume model affect simulated results. Besides, analytic formulas do not consider reservoir heterogeneity and transient fluid flow observed after putting a well on stream. Therefore, such formulas should be used mainly for qualitative evaluation. The authors recommend using 3D sector or full-field reservoir models to predict horizontal well rates.

    The aim of this work was the experimental determination of the coefficient of water vapor permeability of thin-film thermal insulation coatings (TTC), polyurethane foam (PUF) and aerogel. The experimental values of the water vapor permeability coefficient TTC indicate its high barrier properties against water vapor. Thus, water vapor permeability TTC is more than 40 times lower than the foam and aerogel. The obtained vapor permeability values TTC makes it very promising for use in thermal insulation designs of equipment and pipelines of the fuel and energy complex.

    The authors consider elastic-plastic deformation of the near-well zone reservoir, which is one of the main causes stuck drill strings, crumpling and violations tightness casing and a number complications during drilling and subsequent operation of vertical and inclined wells. The results of the following tasks solutions are given: definition of the intensity of the narrowing wellbore; determination of stresses at the outer surface casing. It is confirmed the need for considering the influence of elastic-plastic deformation near-well zone of the reservoir when carrying out design work and at choice of rational parameters of a number of operational technology solutions.

    Currently residual hard-to-recover reserves are confined to the deposits which are characterized by complex geological structure, low and ultralow permeability, high viscosity oil, the presence of faults, active plantar waters and gas caps. Efficient development of such requires new methods of oil production to ensure increased wells productivity, intensive rates of selection and high ultimate oil recovery at an acceptable profitability The expediency horizontal technology application in accordance with geological and technological conditions is given. The author discusses obstacles to widespread implementation of horizontal technologies in Tatarstan. The possibility of hydrodynamic research directly in the horizontal part of the hole is shown.

    The southern slope of South-Tatarian Arc contains a lot of oil deposits in the Upper Paleozoic including old deposits in the Devonian and the Lower Carboniferous rocks and new deposits in the Middle Carboniferous rocks, especially, the deposits in the carbonate rocks within the Bashkirian stage. This carbonate object is considered as one of the perspective among the Middle Carboniferous rocks to prospect and develop on investigated area. Core investigations allowed to reveal that the most part of the best reservoir carbonate rocks was found in the zones of the dolomite mineralization. Three-six intervals of higher reservoir rocks properties were established in the sections of the Bashkirian stage. It was observed the decreasing trend in the dolomite mineralization from the center to the periphery of anticline traps. Two crystalline types (cellular and blastogene) of dolomite rocks were revealed.

    Article is devoted to the use of basin modeling, which is increasingly used in conducting geological exploration for oil and gas in Russia. Basin modeling should be performed in all stages of exploration work, with each stage of this work correspond to their tasks. Regional stage comprises the steps of prediction and evaluation of oil and gas bearing zones of oil and gas. On search and evaluation stage become objects of study areas with established or possible oil and gas content, as well as prepared traps and open fields. The exploration stage studies industrial fields, clarifies their structure and reserves. Effective geological exploration process is a process cycle where the economy plays an important role - assessment of profitability of the whole project.

    There is made a mathematical modeling of unsteady hydrodynamic processes in pipelines using the software package OLGA7. There are made the laws of pressure change in the main oil pipeline during transitional processes caused by cessations of pumping units. There are offered analytical dependences for the damping coefficient of the pressure wave in the pipeline for the cases of cessation of one, two and three sequentially operating pumps in a pumping station. Comparison of simulation results of pressure on the proposed formulas with the data of industrial experiments indicates the reliability of dependencies and their possible use for predicting the parameters of transients in oil pipelines.

    The paper describes the automated technique for identification of under recovered zones with high production potential, if proper field management activities were provided (e.g. sidetracking operations). Presented method is based on the fuzzy description of the current recovery distribution incorporating different decision making criteria to elaborate better field management strategies. For this end fuzzy-criteria based procedure is developed to provide the determination of most perspective zones with high movable residuals, but poor recovery. The practical aspects of the technique application are discussed using the actual results of sidetracking planning.

These testing sites are used to perform various tests of instruments and well survey techniques, metering devices and vessels, which are required to meet the demands of the Fuel & Energy Sector. They are also used to test technologies of well drilling, extraction of hard-to-recover oil reserves, water-gas stimulation of formation, formation hydraulic fracturing etc. The test results form the basis of new national standards and technical procedures further used in the real operational environment. The article describes and analyses operation of testing facilities in the USA, Norway and Holland.

For the first time, it is offered, the developed drilling muds stabilized cationic the polymers, not having analogs, one of which updating has successfully passed trade tests on well of No. 939 Astrakhan gas-condensate field.

    Hydrodynamic models for research of the processes of pressure change in the pipes leak are presented. Formulas obtained on the basis of solutions of hydrodynamic models to define the leaks parameters from pipelines are studied. The estimation of the error of pipeline leak detection based on an error of pressure sensors using the program MatLab 7.9 is shown.

    Thermal processes, occurring in the well during column induction heating, are studied. The data, obtained in the course of theoretical and laboratory experiments, are considered. Results of testing the method of active thermometry in the conditions of fields of the Ural-Volga and the Surgut regions are analyzed. The efficiency of the thermal tags application at defining cross flows behind casing from the top, wells outputs and injectivities, during the study of multi layered objects and marginal wells, is shown.

    The purpose of the experimental study is to estimate the thickness of the adsorbed surfactant layer on substrates of different mineral composition using AFM. Two series of experimental studies were set to study the adsorption of surfactant using AFM: 1) formation of surfactant aggregates due to adsorption from solution on a clean substrate, and 2) creating a residual oil layer on a substrate and washing it off using a surfactant. The substrates were selected: natural core and also mica and glass, as they are part of the real oil-bearing core. Both series used the same surfactant in two different concentrations (0.7 and 2.1%). For determination the thickness of the complex constructed adsorbed layer, filled with uniform and non-uniform layers of surfactant molecules a new technique was developed. The essence of this technique is a "scratching" the adsorption layer with subsequent extraction of sectional profile of obtained scan.

    Reviewed the physical model of the intermittent gaslift which is differ in lift design, lift dimensions, deviation angles, tubing materials. Used a variety of working agents: oil, water. Tested at various flow regimes. Analyzed liquid and gas plugs movement in the lift. Researched and found dependencies between the total produced volume in one cycle and injected gas volume required. Identified the performance of the intermittent gaslift (optimal and maximum), maximum production with a specific flow rate.

    Syntactic foams made on the basis of silicone rubber and microspheres are promising insulating coating processing equipment and pipelines in the oil industry. The advantage of these constructions is high thermal and mechanical properties while retaining the flexibility and elasticity of the insulation in the temperature range up to 300°C. Analysis of the rheological curves (dependence of dynamic viscosity versus shear rate) of the test mixtures produced using a rotational viscometer, allowed to evaluate the effect of chemical composition rubber in determining the critical degree of filling of the system, to determine the phase transition when the flow system at various concentrations of the components. The studies concluded that the creation of syntactic foams as thermal insulation materials for field pipelines, heating systems is the most promising for use as a binder of silicone elastomer (rubber) and a glass filler microspheres in the ratio 1:2-1:3.

    The results of laboratory tests on the effect of the acid-generating composition, developed by the Cleansorb Ltd. Company, on the cores of the productive deposits of the Kuyumbinskiy license area are considered. The porous fractured type of reservoir is represented by five groups of the dolomites of different lithologic types, porous type - by dolomitized aleurolites. The time of the acidic composition generation, its solvency and time of holding in the core are determined. The result of the acid-generating composition effect on the dolomites of porous fractured type became an increase in opening and volume of fractures, porosity, permeability.

Conclusion is made, that conversion from standard taxation to production sharing agreement between the State and contractor enables to put on commercially viable development oil bearing formations with decreased, low and super-low productivity.

    The paper considers ways to improve efficiency of beam-pumping wells by means of enhanced reliability of sucker rods. The proposed method for operation of sucker rods relies on technical condition of pumping equipment rather than purpose of application. Achievement of the best economic balance between reliability of rod strings and service life of sucker rods combined with technical-condition evaluation maximizes efficiency of downhole pumping equipment. Besides, this method ensures the utmost overhaul period which is defined by natural physical constraints.

    Using of high-quality thermal insulation is one of the aspects of enhancing the operational efficiency of heat exchange equipment of oil heating stations and oil pipelines, and as a result, reduce the cost of oil and increase their competitiveness in the global market. The purpose of this article is analysis the merits and demerits of traditional types of heat-insulating materials, constructions and analysis of new heat-insulating materials on the basis of the microspheres to enhance energy efficiency of heat exchange equipment oil heating stations and oil pipelines. The analysis of heat-insulating materials can draw the following conclusions: the traditional heat-insulating materials to rapid aging and destruction. Therefore, there is need to find and the application of new heat-insulating materials, one of the most perspective are syntactic foams.

Performance capabilities of grouting mortar were studied before and after polymeric reagents adding.

    The laboratory data on the residual oil saturation and efficiency of water-flood high-viscosity oil displacement from the А4 layer of Bashkirian stage by the fields of the Samara and Ulyanovsk regions are generalized. The rectified correlation dependences of residual oil saturation and waterflood oil displacement efficiency on the reservoir rock permeability and mobility are proposed on the basis of the analysis of laboratory data and values, accepted in the works on the calculation of the oil and gas reserves and the design documents.

    Problem of the use of low permeable fields is not new In Russia, the first experience took place in 80th, on the case study of the Jurassic fields. Since that time, the means of oilfields development were improved, new methods and technologies, such as multistage fracking in horizontal wells, appeared. Nevertheless, the problem is still actual at present. Complexity of the development of such fields is caused by low groundwater velocity rates and necessity of the creation of high pressure gradients. In the present paper, results of the authors' research on the filtration in low-permeable terrigenous reservoirs are described; review of the current world achievements on the problem is presented. As a result, it was stated that there is a deviation from the Darcy's law in case of filtration in low-permeable reservoirs. It is caused by the high capillary pressures, intermolecular forces, and the influence of the rock tension. Basing on the numerous domestic and foreign investigations, it is stated that the rocks with gas permeability of 0,004 μm 2 should be related to low-potential reservoirs.

    The aim of this work is to validate the sidetracking effectiveness on the ground of field-geologic analysis, using the flow simulation of the oil-field. The first stage of work involves selection and field-geologic analysis of the investigated area. The second stage is to create a sector of geological-and-hydrodynamic model, to select and substantiate of parameters uncertainty using the field-geologic analysis. After selecting the options, series of calculations of the sector model have been performed, and results have been considered. The best option, that is closest to the historical production data, has been selected. In the last stage is to calculate the suggested options for development of the field facility, according to the project document on updated geological-and-hydrodynamic model. In conclusion, recommendations are given for the adjustment of the new sidetracking.

    Petrophysic laboratory methods were developed several decades ago. Up-to-date micro-level investigations have shown that methods of rocks residual water saturation measuring are first not enough theoretically founded, secondly in need of advances for accuracy enhancement. In this article a new samples centrifugation method is proposed for residual water saturation measuring. The method is founded on changing of sample position relative to centrifugal force direction during centrifugation. This allows to displace free water out of complicated configuration pores and as a result to raise residual water saturation measuring accuracy significantly.

    Given high exploration maturity, attention of the industry has been shifted from depleted porous reservoirs to unconventional reservoirs with permeability and porosity determined by fracturing. Thus, methods that allow predicting areas with improved flow characteristics acquire increasing interest and rapid development. The authors have concentrated their research efforts on the analysis and integration of methods to determine fracturing in the Bashkirian and the Serpukhovian sediments in Romashkinskoye field deposits 301-303.

Determination of correlation between mining and geological conditions of oil wells drilling and technical and economic parameters of drilling rigs allows to optimize their use in accordance with the minimization criterion of production cost.

    The calculated data of mine pipeline sections restart after its short-time stop due to the transportation of Karazhanbas oil tender to Bitumen plant are presented. Trunk pipeline sections restart pressure is defined by regime parameters of batching of Karazhanbas oil and Buzachi oil mixture tenders. The calculated data is in good agreement with the industrial data.

    A suite of Tatneft JSC in-house technologies can significantly increase the performance of carbonate reservoirs. The technologies are aimed at preserving, restoration, and even enhancement of reservoir properties, enlargement of the effective wellbore radius, through different-architecture wells targeting fractured-porous carbonate reservoirs in the Republic of Tatarstan. The paper presents a solution to the most-topical tasks of restoration and enhancement of wells'' deliverability in the context of import substitution of advanced EOR technologies. Introduction of the technologies on a commercial scale has made it possible to attain significant increase in hydrocarbon production in Tatarstan.

    In order to improve efficiency and quality of decisions made on the development of surface infrastructure of R. Trebs oilfield, the authors have tried to build an adaptive hydrodynamic simulation model of oil gathering network in PC OLGA with interpreted settings: paraffin, pipe packing, and flow regime, water and gas accumulation. As a result the experiment has shown a satisfactory convergence of pressure and temperature parameters (510%), the areas of intensive accumulation of paraffin have been identified, as well as the possibility of accumulation and migration of water clusters, depending on achievement of the targets of the oilfield development.

Wells selection for the analysis of working out and use of reserves is generated. The forecast of extraction on considered region is made.

Decisions in an oil recovery optimization with use of the horizontal wells, completely confirmed with the further course of the development, are accepted during monitoring. It is shown, as during all period of development modelling is actively used for a choice of the actions, promoting of an oil recovery increase.
